The types of information that we directly collect may include the following as well as any other information type that we ask you to enter and submit to the Service:
Child Custody Analytics LLC collects information from you directly from your input and automatically through our Service’s technologies.
a. Information Provided by You
We ask users to provide contact information (i.e., email address, phone number, contact person), unique identifiers (i.e., Connecticut Juris Number), usernames and passwords, and financial information (i.e., credit card number). Customer information is used to: process and send order(s); bill credit cards and/or send Child Custody Analytics LLC invoices; establish and process accounts, and to contact the customer when necessary. We may use personally identifiable information (PII) for purposes of marketing new products and services, soliciting comments and feedback, and administering surveys. We may also save and use email addresses of colleagues that you may share with us.

The Service automatically collects certain information regarding your use of the Service. Examples of information collected automatically include:
- Domain names/IP addresses
Use of domain names/IP addresses
We use your IP address (i.e., execpc.com, aol.com or yourfirmname.com) to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer various features of our site. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information such as the name of your Internet service provider and its geographic location. Your browser type and version information may be tracked for internal Child Custody Analytics uses as well.
Use of "Cookies" and Web Beacons
· “Session” cookies, which are temporary and deleted when you close your browser;
· “Persistent” cookies, which remain until you delete them or they expire;
· Web beacons, which are electronic images also known as single-pixel gifs.
Child Custody Analytics LLC uses these technologies for various purposes, including: facilitating the login process, administering, customizing and improving the Service, personalizing the browsing experience; advertising, promotions and surveys, and tracking and analyzing user preferences and trends.

Child Custody Analytics LLC is concerned about the privacy of young children and it does not knowingly collect any personal information from a child under 13. Child Custody Analytics LLC does not sell products or services for purchase by children.
